Tempura batter

Ingredients

  • 85g of plain flour.
  • 2.5ml salt.
  • 2.5ml sugar.
  • 200ml of sparkling water, chilled.

Directions

  1. Loosely mix water and dried ingredients, very light wisking is perfect.
  2. Dip thinly sliced veggies or flowers in it and fry them for a 1 minute or so in 180°C oil.
