Tempura batter
Ingredients
- 85g of plain flour.
- 2.5ml salt.
- 2.5ml sugar.
- 200ml of sparkling water, chilled.
Directions
- Loosely mix water and dried ingredients, very light wisking is perfect.
- Dip thinly sliced veggies or flowers in it and fry them for a 1 minute or so in 180°C oil.
