Tempura batter
Ingredients
- 85g of plain flour
- 2.5ml salt
- 2.5ml sugar
- 200ml of sparkling water, chilled
Directions
Loosely mix water and dried ingredients, very light wisking is perfect.
Dip thinly sliced veggies or flowers in it and fry them for a 1 minute or so in 180°C oil.
