Lemon mug cake
Not tried yet. Adapted from Lemon mug cake.
Ingredients for 1
- 45ml plain wheat flour.
- 45ml sugar.
- 0.6ml salt.
- 18.5ml baking powder.
- 30ml vegetable oil.
- 30ml lemon juice.
- 1/2 lemon zest.
- 1 egg.
Directions
- Get a 300ml or larger "mug".
- Put in dried goods, the flour, baking powder, sugar and mix well.
- Put in the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook at 600W power for 80 seconds (originally 800W for 1 minute).
- Wait 20 seconds.
- Cook for 120 seconds (2 minutes) on 600W (originally 800W for 1:30 minutes).
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
Serve with ice-cream.
