White chocolate cookies.
Ingredients for 1 batch.
- 200g Plain flour.
- 5ml Baking powder.
- 1ml Salt.
- 175g Caster sugar.
- 100g White chocolate chips.
- 50g Macadamia nuts.
- 100g Butter.
- 60g Egg.
Directions
- Put all ingredients into your Kenwood mixer bowl and using the k-beater, mix together at speed 1, for 1 minute.
- Form into a roll about 5cm in diameter.
- Wrap and place into fridge for 30 minutes.
- Warm fan oven to 180°C.
- Cut roll into ½cm slices and place on grease proof paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Leave to cool.
Serve with a lovely cup of tea!
