Fragrant, creamy yogurt

Ingredients

Makes two servings - easier for the numbers

  • 150g Yogurt
  • 60g Raspberries
  • 30g Whipping cream
  • 10g Raspberry puree (30g of raspberries, 10g sugar, filter out

Directions

  1. Make puree by pureeing raspberries and filter out seeds. Add sugar and leave to thicken.
  2. Whisk cream until forming peaks.
  3. Whisk in yogurt.
  4. Whisk in puree then finally the raspberries.
