Actually the pasta can be shaped to any form using the dies (bronze shapes sitting between the scroll and the nut). These happen to be the ones I started out with.
Home made Spinach pasta
Ingredients
- 200g 00 pasta and pizza flour
- 100g baby spinach or mature spinach with stalks removed
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is formed - it should stick together. Need in a Kenwood chef until a single dough ball is formed.
Place into fridge for 30mins.
Process as per Lasagna or spaghetti or tagaltelli
