Other recipes Based on coleslaw. This is more detailed for my food processor.
The beauty of this recipe is no mayo. As such, it is light and keeps really well for four days, without having to salt the cabbage.
Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 25% white or red cabbage (coarse slice)
- 1 spring onions (fine slice)
- 1 tiny onion (fine slice - optional, works without but double spring onion if you cut it)
- 1 carrot (coarse grate)
- 30ml natural plain yogurt
- 1ml wholegrain mustard
- Squeeze lemon
Directions
- Blade #5 (remember speed 3)
Process cabbage
- Blade #4 (query blade #6)
Process onions
- Blade #3
Process carrots
- Add yogurt, mustard and lemon juice, mix and serve.
