Poached eggs in microwave
Ingredients
- Two eggs
- 125ml Cold water
Directions
I use a poacher designed for the microwave but could be done with glass bowl.
- Put cold water in bowl, heat on high for 50 seconds
- Put egg in and cover
- Cook egg 50 seconds on medium power
- Stand for 30-60 seconds
