Other recipes My favourite yogurt has been discontinued, so this is an attempt to recreate that gorgeous taste.
Fragrant, creamy yogurt
Ingredients
Makes two servings - easier for the numbers
- 150g Yogurt
- 60g Raspberries
- 30g Whipping cream
- 10g Raspberry puree (30g of raspberries, 10g sugar, filter out
Directions
- Make puree by pureeing raspberries and filter out seeds. Add sugar and leave to thicken.
- Whisk cream until forming peaks.
- Whisk in yogurt.
- Whisk in puree then finally the raspberries.
Thoughts
So, 18+11+3= 32% - Yogurt likely to be 40+%, sugar 8%. By weight or volume? What flavouring? 100%=100ml. So we'll use volume. Cornflour is mentioned but not water to cook it! Probably looking at a 1-2ml or so.
