Coleslaw

Based on coleslaw. This is more detailed for my food processor.

Ingredients

  • 25% white or red cabbage (coarse slice)
  • 1 spring onions (fine slice)
  • 1 tiny onion (fine slice - optional, works without but double spring onion if you cut it)
  • 1 carrot (coarse grate)
  • 30ml natural plain yogurt
  • 1ml wholegrain mustard
  • Squeeze lemon

Directions

  1. Blade #5 (remember speed 3)

Process cabbage

  1. Blade #4 (query blade #6)

Process onions

  1. Blade #3

Process carrots

  1. Add yogurt, mustard and lemon juice, mix and serve.
