  • 2 skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks

  • 2 glove garlic
  • 5ml chilli flakes
  • 1cm ginger
  • 15ml Tikka paste
  • 227g chopped tomatoes
  1. 20g ground almonds
  • 100g spinach
  • 15ml chopped corriander
  • 75g natural yoghurt
  • lime juice

  1. Process ginger, garlic and onion in processor
  2. Fry freshly made paste for 15minutes
