== Ingredients ==
* 40g butter
* 50g caster sugar
* 1 large egg
* 2.5ml vanilla essence
* 50g ground almonds
* 12g plain flour

== Directions ==
# Cream butter and sugar
# Beat in egg and essence
# Fold in flour and ground almonds

Chill until required.
