Tikka spice recipe

As my local stores didn't stock this, I got the receipe from food.com and then modified it down to a reasonable amount for a couple to share.

Ingredients

  1. 45ml coriander
  2. 45ml cumin
  3. 45ml garlic powder
  4. 45ml paprika
  5. 30ml garam masala
  6. 7.5ml ginger, ground
  7. 7.5ml dried mint
  8. 5ml chili powder

Or equal parts coriander, cumin, garlic powder, papprika and the last part made up of garam masala, ginger, mint and chilli to taste.
