Pasta arrabiata
Ingredients
- 227g chopped tomatoes in their juice
- 5ml chilli flakes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 10 small meatballs
- pasta for 2 cooked al dente
Directions
This takes 15minutes or so.
Fry meat balls and add onions in some oil. Add tomatoes, garlic and chilli flakes. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with hot pasta, suggest spaghetti, linguini or fettuccine.
