This is our shopping list for the week.

The essentials we need. Where things have a "?", current levels should be checked. We're a small family and don't get through things at a consistent rate.

• Apples for Kenny.
• Seasonal apples for Jon and Sam.
• Maris piper potatoes?
• 3-6 medium onions.
• Baby sweet corn.
• Green beans.
• Mange tous.
• Carrots?
• Baby plum tomatoes.
• Swede?
• 3-5 bananas.

• 1 roast joint (if chicken, a large chicken)
• 2 chicken breasts (if chicken has not been bought)
• Sausages? (Check for frozen ones).
• Haggis?

• 2 pts of semi skimmed milk.
• 1 pt whole milk?
• Cheddar cheese?
• Wenslydale?
• Cottage cheese?

• 9 yoghurts for Sam.
• 1 vanilla yoghurt for Jon.
• 1 essential "green" plain yoghurt.

• 3 Pot noodles for Kenny.
• Nak'd bars for Jon and Kenny.

• Dried mango.
• Dried cranberries.
• Washing up liquid?
