Tikka spice recipe
As my local stores didn't stock this, I got the receipe from food.com and then modified it down to a reasonable amount for a couple to share.
Ingredients
- - 15ml coriander
- - 15ml cumin
- - 15ml garlic powder
- - 15ml paprika
- - 10ml garam masala
- - 7.5ml ginger, ground
- - 7.5ml dried mint
- - 5ml chili powder
Or equal parts coriander, cumin, garlic powder, papprika and the last part made up of garam masala, ginger, mint and chilli to taste. This makes a great deal of powder, I stow it in used nutmeg and cloves jars as it cannot be mistaken for that :-)
