# Mix the sugar, pepper, and yeast in a jug with its water and leave for 15ml in a warm place, until it has become frothy.&lt;br /&gt;
# Put flour and salt in a big bowl and make a big well - when ready, pour in the frothy mix.&lt;br /&gt;
# Use a dough hook and need until glossy.&lt;br /&gt;
# Cover and prove for an hour or until doubled in size.&lt;br /&gt;
# Preheat an oven to 180&amp;amp;deg;C on the bread setting.&lt;br /&gt;
# Roll the bread into two rounds, 2cm thick, form a hole in the centre.&lt;br /&gt;
# Bake for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
