* 400g cream cheese
* 112g caster sugar
* 22.5ml plain flour
* 100g sour cream
* 2 medium eggs
* 5ml vanilla extract

=== Sauce ===
* 100ml frozen mixed berries
* 30ml water

== Directions ==
# Heat the oven to 240°C.
# Butter a 23cm, deep, loose bottom tin and line with paper.
# Whisk together the cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes, add the flour eggs and vanilla whisk until smooth and pour into the tin.
# Bake for 20 minutes then drop the oven temperature down to 180°C and cook for another 20 minutes, cool.
# Make the sauce
#* Put ingredients into microwavable jug.
#* Heat on full power for 2 minutes.

Cut the cake and pour over the sauce.
