	I had the idea for this on Wednesday, as I had made [[Meat pie]] for two and had a quantity of puff pastry left over. As someone who likes ease and depth of taste, this was an interesting experiment to use up something that could have been in the bin otherwise! 			Whether cooking in a fan oven or a combination one, the use of the pyrex casserole lid enables the pastry to heat well, and for the combination oven's microwaves to pass easily into the fruit. If doing the pie on the same day, it also allows for "one dish" cooking for two meals!
