= Tikka spice recipe =
As my local stores didn't stock this, I got the receipe from [https://www.food.com/recipe/tikka-spice-mix-2654 food.com] and then modified it down to a reasonable amount for a couple to share.

== Ingredients ==

# - 15ml coriander
# - 15ml cumin
# - 15ml garlic powder
# - 15ml paprika
# - 10ml garam masala
# - 7.5ml ginger, ground
# - 7.5ml dried mint
# - 5ml chili powder

Or equal parts coriander, cumin, garlic powder, papprika and the last part made up of garam masala, ginger, mint and chilli to taste.
This makes a great deal of powder, I stow it in used nutmeg and cloves jars as it cannot be mistaken for that :-)
