= Lemon mug cake =

== Ingredients for 1 ==
* 45ml plain wheat flour.
* 45ml sugar.
* 15ml baking powder.
* 30ml vegetable oil.
* 30ml lemon juice.
* 1/2 lemon zest (essential).
* 1 egg.

== Directions ==
# Get a 300ml or larger "mug".
# Put in dried goods, the flour, baking powder, sugar and mix well.
# Put in the rest of the ingredients and mix to smooth paste.<br/>As soon as the acid is added, the baking powder will be activated.
# Cook at medium for 60 seconds (originally 800W for 1 minute).
# Wait 20 seconds.
# Cook for 1:30 minutes on medium (originally 800W for 1:30 minutes).
# Leave to stand for 2 minutes.

Serve with ice-cream.
