= Defrosted peach halves in brandy =
Again, making use of the microwave, this time to make use of a crop of peaches from the summer.

== Ingredients for 2 ==

* 2 peach halves from the freezer.
* 30-45ml brandy.

== Directions ==
# Place halves face down in a microwave safe bowl.
# Cover and microwave on 660W for 2minutes 30seconds.
# When a minute is up, pause microwave, uncover, and turn peaches over.
# Restart microwave.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.  I tend to place the peaches in a bowl, add the ice-cream, then pour out the brandy from the microwavable bowl.
