A great deal of effort but a tasty treat for a special meal the whole family will love.

= Duck a l'orange =
== Ingredients ==
* 1 orange (optional)
* 120ml of orange juice
* 15ml soft brown sugar
* 15ml white vinegar
* 475ml water
* 30ml lemon juice
* 1 chicken stock cube
* 15ml arrow root
* 120ml Grand Marnier

== Directions ==
This takes 30 minutes or so, so needs to be started before cooking joints!

# If using orange, remove rind
# Add rind to remaining liquid ingredients (excluding water and Grand Marnier) and stock and bring to the boil.
# When reduced by half, stir in arrow root and water.
# Remove from heat and stir in Grand Marnier
# Drain duck juices and recover duck in sauce and cook for 30 minutes before serving.
